2. Taking of medications to cure the cough and catarrh

We are expected to visit a doctor or take a medication whenever we are sick this will actually hasten our recovery process and also help to get rid of the mucus in our windpipe. Some medication like antibiotics can help remove excess mucus from our windpipe and also fight those bacteria that causes the mucus to be released.

3. Sleeping early at night

Sleeping early at night will will give more time to the voice to actually heal, and make the voice to be ready for singing in a more shorter duration. Sleeping early at night also help to relax the mind and the vocal muscles making it more ready for any given activities.

4. Avoid shouting

When we are sick  shouting can actually cause more harm to the Voice this is due to straining of the vocal folds in other to be heard. This can actually cause a more severe damage if not stop or avoided. When you see yourself in a situation which you have to shout to be heard you can actually use a microphone in order to be heard and avoid straining the voice instead.
